Wescraft’s ability to meet stringent flammability requirements and commitment to provide innovative services to the US Navy has led to the development of our shipboard innerspring mattress reconditioning program.

Service includes:

• Picking up used mattresses pier side
• Removing existing mattress cover, components, upholstery and flame resistant cushioning
• Replace discarded cushioning with new NAVSEA approved Fire resistant cushioning
• Replacement of sleeping surfaces with new NAVSEA approved upholstery panels with fire resistant cushioning
• Mattresses are then secured with NAVSEA approved flame resistant binding tape and fire resistant thread
• Reconditioned mattress are sealed in plastic and returned to ship
